Ekaterina Dvorak became the Head of the Republican Unitary Enterprise the Belarusian State Centre for Accreditation
Ekaterina Dvorak has been appointed the new director of the Belarusian State Centre for Accreditation (BSCA). The official introduction took place on February 20, 2026 and was performed by the Head of regulatory authority in the field of accreditation (the State Committee for Standardization of the Republic of Belarus).
Chair of the State Committee for Standardization of the Republic of Belarus Elena Morgunova emphasized that BSCA activities in today's environment are paramount in ensuring economic security. She urged the new director to think strategically: We need to develop efficient measures to protect the market... You will not only be tasked with improving BSCA operations, but also with thinking strategically several steps ahead.
Ekaterina Dvorak, upon accepting her appointment, noted: Heading an accreditation body is, first and foremost, a great responsibility, but there is no doubt that, working together, we will succeed in achieving all the objectives set by Gosstandart.
