HTTP Cookie Policy
This Policy defines the procedure for creating, using, and storing cookie files created for users of the official website bsca.by and the information system "Accreditation" (hereinafter referred to as the Sites) of the Republican Unitary Enterprise "Belarusian State Centre for Accreditation" (hereinafter referred to as the Operator, BSCA).

Session cookies, also known as temporary cookies, exist only in the RAM of the computer (mobile device) while the user's browser is displaying the Sites' pages. The following session cookies are used on the BSCA Sites, with their storage periods indicated:
"PHPSESSID" - for authorized users of the Sites (maximum 9 hours)
"_identity" - for authorized users of the bsca.by website (up to a month)
"_csrf" - CSRF (cross-site request forgery) — used for protection against Cross-Site Request Forgery attacks (for the duration of the browser session)
Functional cookies – allow for a personalized website experience and are set in response to actions taken by the personal data subject. The following functional cookies are used on the BSCA Sites, with their storage periods indicated:
selection of settings in the version for the visually impaired (stored during the use of the website);
selection of language preferences (stored during the use of the website);
chat data from the feedback form (stored during the use of that specific chat).
Third-party cookies:
cookies from the "Yandex.Metrica" web analytics script, which is used by Yandex and allows for the collection of anonymized information about traffic sources, site traffic, and assessment of advertising effectiveness. To track visitors, Yandex.Metrica uses anonymous browser identifiers stored in cookie files. They are stored in accordance with the policies of the respective third-party sites.
The correct operation of the Sites is only possible if cookies are used. If they are disabled, it may be necessary to reselect cookie preferences, the site's language version, and the page versions for the visually impaired may not display correctly.
Disabling statistical cookies prevents the identification of user preferences, including the most and least popular pages, and taking measures to improve the site's operation based on user preferences.
